How far in advance can I place my order?

We kindly ask a minimum of 3 days notice for orders but we will try our best to accommodate urgent orders, where possible.

Do you cater for large events?

Yes! We also cater for large events such as weddings, graduation and birthday parties.
From our assorted pasticcini to a combination of pasticcini and cakes, we will set up the cake table of your dreams!

Do you sell any free-from products?

Not at the moment, sorry!
All our pasticcini and cakes are handled safely in a clean, professional pastry lab environment where we limit allergen contamination; however,
‍all our products contain or may contain gluten, wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, soya, mustard and lupin as all these
ingredients are present in our pastry lab.
Please refer to our Allergen labels provided with your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Deliveries ONLY within Lincoln (UK) and surrounding areas.
FREE of charge within 5 miles.
£2.50 for 5-10 miles
£3.50 for 10-15 miles
£5 for 15-20 miles
£10 for 20-30 miles
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and provide delivery instructions if necessary.

How do I store your products and how long do they keep?

All our products are made fresh to order and MUST BE KEPT REFRIGERATED,
‍We recommend to consume on the same day of delivery for best quality experience but will last for up to 1 week from delivery when kept refrigerated as long as possible.
‍Please refer to the ‘use by’ dates on the box.

Do you have a shop?

We don't have a shop at the moment. Everything is made fresh to order in our pastry lab and delivered straight to
your door.
Collections may also be arranged.
