Zuppa Inglese Cake

Zuppa Inglese is a popular dessert that has been part of Italian tradition for centuries.

Very similar to Trifle, Zuppa Inglese consists of layers of light Pan di Spagna sponge, soaked with the original Alchermes liqueur that gives them a pink colour, filled with vanilla and chocolate pastry cream, garnished with Chantilly fresh cream and Belgian dark chocolate.
